Blockade transforms into a police motorcycle. Although he's far from the biggest Decepticon around, he's fond of fond of bullying anyone who's smaller than him—unfortunately, that also includes the hapless humans who find themselves imperiled by him and the other members of the Pit Crew.

Blockade and the rest of the Pit Crew were conducting tests on the Planet Cup in Indiana when an energon meteor crashed at a nearby racetrack. Blockade, Blitzkrieg and Roughspot went to investigate while Scrap continued her attempts to hijack the Autobot Road. Blitzkrieg convinced the others to take human hostages, and the group wound up contending with the Bee Team when the Autobots came to investigate the disruption. Eventually, the Autobots pursued the Decepticons back to their base of operations in a final battle. Winner's Cup
