- Strafe is an <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Autobot" title="Autobot">Autobot</a> from the Japanese <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Generation_2" class="mw-redirect" title="Generation 2">Generation 2</a> portion of the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Generation_1_%28franchise%29" title="Generation 1 (franchise)">Generation 1</a> <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Continuity_family" title="Continuity family">continuity family</a>.
[[Image:|right|300px|thumb|Hand? How about an entire fist!]] The <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Autobot" title="Autobot">Autobot</a> Cyberjet known as Strafe was at one point a <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Decepticon" title="Decepticon">Decepticon</a> Cyberjet. However, over time, he began to sympathize with the Autobots and, along with <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Jetfire_%28G1%29" title="Jetfire (G1)">Jetfire</a> and <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Aero_Raid" title="Aero Raid">Aero Raid</a>, switched sides. His betrayal of the Decepticons has earned him the eternal scorn of the remaining Decepticon Cyberjets. Strafe can be a little condescending at times, willing to give his fellow Autobots an earful of lecture even in the midst of a heated battle.

Things looked grim for Volt until Strafe arrived as back-up. Strafe decked Megatron square in the jaw while chiding Volt for dragging his fellow Autobots into a fight, and warning that they were now up against Megatron. Volt was left unsure whether to be pleased that Strafe saved his life, or ticked that Strafe was being so snotty. <span style="border-style: solid; border-color: rgb(204, 204, 204); border-width: 0pt 1px; padding: 0pt 5px; font-size: 10px; background-color: rgb(236, 236, 236);" class="tt1_nowrap"><a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Generation_2_%28manga%29" title="Generation 2 (manga)">Generation 2 (manga)</a></span>

- Strafe (Cyberjet, 1995)
- Japanese ID number: TRF-15
- Accessories: 3 missiles
- A <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Redeco" title="Redeco">redeco</a> of the <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Decepticon" title="Decepticon">Decepticon</a> <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Cyberjet" title="Cyberjet">Cyberjet</a> <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Space_Case" title="Space Case">Space Case</a>,
Strafe transforms into a fictional aircraft which is a conglomerate of 'cutting edge' (for that era) design cues. His right arm features an attached claw that launches <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Missile" title="Missile">missiles</a> using a pressure-launch mechanism. These missiles can be stored in his vehicle-mode thanks to simple clips on the undersides of each wing. He comes with an <a href="http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Image:JG2Strafe-stickers.jpg" title="Image:JG2Strafe-stickers.jpg">extra decal sheet</a>, giving you some customization options, including "battle damage" markings.
