Milt Jamin is an American actor. He has made guest-appearances on a number of programs, including Mork & Mindy, Night Court and the original Battlestar Galactica, and played the villainous Baal in Diablo and its sequel.

He is sometimes credited as Milton James (his birth name) and Richard Barnes.
