A jammer is a device that emits a wave of some sort at a frequency that blocks a Transformer's transformation ability as well as their ability to take action on their own, but can still be driven as cars. Ordinarily a jammer can only affect one Transformer, but when modified with a frequency splitter, it can work on up to two. Further alterations allow the user to control the Transformer by remote.

A counter device called an anti-jammer is able to nullify the effects of all jammers within range. Ca$h and Car-nage!
