Wally Wingert

Wallace E. Wingert (born May 6, 1961) is an American voice actor. Among his better-known roles are Brago on Zatch Bell!, the Almighty Tallest on Invader Zim, and Renji Abarai on Bleach. He also voices a number of minor characters on Family Guy.
