Ricardo Villamonte is a South American comic book artist, most often as an inker. His work dates back to the mid seventies, during which he was a member of the Barcelona-based La Floresta Group. He mainly did horror and supernatural-themed comics such as Twilight Zone and Psycho. He also co-created with Michael Uslan a new version of Beowulf for D.C. Comics. In the late 70s, he started working for Marvel, and was a long-running inker on Power Man and Iron Fist, continuing to work for them through the Eighties. He later got to go back to his roots, penciling and inking stories based on Edgar Allan Poe's work for Eternity Comics.
