Questions

  1. Will we ever actually see Unicron or just teasing and more of his blood? How about Primus or other larger bots?

AllSpark.com

  1. Both Transformers: Prime and G.I. Joe: Renegades had a heroic character perish within the first episode, was this a suggestion that came down from Hasbro to strike a tone for each series or was it a decision on the side of the creative team?

ASM

  1. What went into the overall look for TRANSFORMERS: PRIME? We see hints of the designs from the live-action movies, as well as influences from other incarnations. How long have you been working on the look (sketches, concept art, 3D models, etc.), and how do you balance wanting to stay unique to the show but still be able to pull in elements from other versions, especially the movies which are extremely popular?

  1. Any plans to introduce any additional fan favorite characters in Transformers Prime? Such as the Autobot and Decepticon gestalts?

Parry Game Preserve

  1. Enjoyed the five-part premiere. PRIME is definitely a more adult take on the Transformers mythos - zombie Transformers, the death of a major character, lots of intense action... Along those lines, what do you see the boundaries of the show being in terms of violence and content? Other than language, of course.

Raving Toy Maniac

  1. Transformers: Prime is set to begin by the end of November on the Hub, when can we expect to get our first official look at the toy line? Transformers: Animated's toy line seemed to stumble a bit by having the toy line come out quite some time after the show began and it seems to have plagued the tail end of the line to this day. What can Hasbro do to prevent history from repeating itself?
  2. We have seen you make a couple of different Headmaster and Targetmaster characters over the last few waves, notably Nightbeat and Highbrow, and a couple years ago with Cyclonus and his Targetmaster sidekick. The Headmaster characters were just straight robots with no separate character that turned into the head. Are there plans to re-introduce the Headmaster concept and not just the characters, like you did with Cyclonus and hopefully will do with upcoming Scourge and Kup?

TFViews.com

  1. What is the goal of Transformers: Prime – beyond just capitalizing upon the movie series’ audience momentum, why was TF:Prime created? On its own merits, what is it trying to say, what effect is it trying to have on TF fans, is there an intention to sustain it as a series?

  1. 2 main characters have non-speaking communication methods. Bumblebee who communicates with Raf, and Soundwave who repeats things back. What was the creative process which lead to that; could these elements change in future episodes?

  1. Hasbro has stated that the "War for Cybertron" game, the "Exodus" novel, and the "Transformers: Prime" cartoon are all meant to take place in the same universe. Yet, while similar in a general sense, all three contradict each other on both minor and major story points. For example, an overabundance of Dark Energon is what made planet Cybertron uninhabitable in WfC and Exodus, yet "Darkness Rising" had Megatron firing a bunch of Dark Energon at Cybertron to create his zombie army (when, in theory, the planet should have been full of the stuff already). What are your feelings on these contradictions and your show's connection to Exodus and War for Cybertron? Do you consider all three the same exact universe, o

  1. The Eradicons (or are they Terrorcons? They've seemingly been called both names) have been shown to have at least three different character models amongst them. As well as different personalities. Can you comment on just what they are? Drones specialized for a given task? Or are they actual fully sentient Transformers characters that just happen to look mostly alike?
