Darren Jamieson is a renowned British Transformers enthusiast who wrote a comic called "The Beast Within". Fortunately, Hasbro UK approved the comic and allowed Metrodome to include it with its Season 2 Part 2 DVD set of the Generation 1 cartoon.

Jamieson also operates the UK-centric Transformers fansite TheTransformers.net.
