Talk:Sgt. Slaughter
From MediaWiki
I would think the Sarge would still qualify for the comic-only characters, as strictly in terms of the Transformers franchise, that's all he is. --KilMichaelMcC 17:40, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
- Well, yeah, but it's misleading, since he's not really. The articles should disregard all non-Transformers material, but I think the categories should be "in on the joke." --ItsWalky 18:03, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
- Spider-Man isn't. Granted, we don't link to a Spider-Man toy page, but... he's obviously not a comic-only character. I'm inclined to agree with Kil. Slaughter has no TF-ness aside from the comic, so I would call him comic-only. --Steve-o 22:41, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
- I was going to ask about Spider-Man. I would think he belongs in this wiki's comic-only category, and would think the same goes for Slaughter and other GI Joe guys. --KilMichaelMcC 10:13, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

Page name
Sarge is generally called "Sgt. Slaughter" (with the abbreviation), just like Sgt. Savage, so why is this page at the fully spelled out term "Sergeant Slaughter"? --Khajidha 14:52, 19 May 2011 (EDT)
