Clang (クラン Kuran) is a young boy native to Twin Star. He possesses a mechanical toy dog.

When the Decepticons attacked the Sperity half of Twin Star, the natives were evacuated to Toruin, but Clang was somehow left behind. When the Autobots arrived to stop the Decepticons, all they found was an abandoned planet. However, they soon detected Clang's presence when his toy dog crept through the desert. The Autobots called for Clang to come out, which he frighteningly did. Grabbing the toy dog out of Arcee's hand, Clang fled to the tunnel to Toruin, revealing its existence to the Autobots.
