Chip Chase

Chip Chase is a human character from Generation 1.
Chip is a human ally of the Autobots. Suffering from some unknown malady Chip is concined to a wheelchair. Chip isn't defined by his disability though, but rather by his geeky genious-level skills with computers, programing, and electronics. Chip is a good friend of Spike Witwicky and a valuable ally for the Autobots. He also has tremendous upperbody strength.
