Medusa
- Medusa is an alien from the Transformers in 3-D portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
Medusa is the female member of the Destructons. She is armed with huge forearm-mounted spikes, the tail of her snake-like body, and devastating "Medusa Beams".

The Transformers in 3-D
Like her compatriots, Medusa was defeated by the Logicons and assorted other races and beings eons ago, and sealed within a dimensional barrier on a desolate world. There they waited, until two Andegean scientists stumbled on their prison, and were tricked into releasing them to destroy the Kalkar soldiers who were attacking the scientists. The Destructons made quick work of the soldier and the scientists, before leaving the planet of their imprisonment.
When Ultra Magnus's team of Autobots, out searching for Metascan Alpha, legendary home of the Logicons, arrived on an unnamed world which may have been their prize, they found it under attack from the four Destructons. During the brief battle that followed, Medusa easily disposed of Doublecross, and the Autobots were forced to flee, only Kup staying behind to try to hold the Destructons off. A short time later, the Destructons were on the trail of the Autobots, landing up on a moon where they battled against Cyclonus and the Terrorcons. The Decepticons were aided by Ultra Magnus, leading to the two factions uniting, ready to fight the Destructons. The War Against the Destructons, Chapter 1 of 3
