The Predacon computer is a device from the Beast Wars portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.
"Computer, choose a suit for me!"

The Predacon computer controls the systems of the Darksyde, the ship that serves as headquarters to Megatron's band of Predacons. Although artificially intelligent, with several specific purposes such as analyzing, diagnosing, computing and system controlling, it lacks any personality or emotion, not to mention a spark. Each Predacon is equipped with an onboard computer of the same type.[1]

Voice actor: Carol Savenkoff (English), Ryōka Yuzuki (Japanese)

The Predacon computer is Megatron's assistant whenever he has some evil plot until the Darksyde was blown up by the arrival of Tigerhawk. Other Victories Ravage had the same voice for the computer on his cruiser. The Agenda (Part 2)

For the Japanese dub of Beast Wars, the Predacon computer was given the name "NAVI-ko" and made part of the NAVI line of shipboard computers. She was given a distinct personality, or several of them, in fact. NAVI-ko would regularly alternate between a "cute" voice, a harsh "witch" voice and a... "sexy" voice (that sounded like it was constantly in the midst of orgasm). Additionally, most moments where in the English version the Predacons were shown talking to themselves, those scenes were rewritten into conversations with Navi-ko (thus making her an accomplice in numerous military coups).

Somehow, Navi-ko was "warped" into a body of her own, which transformed into a dolphin. She debuted her new form to the bemused Megatron as she presented him information on "Nemesis Prime", an evil version of their ancestor, Optimus Prime. Megatron wanted to add Nemesis Prime to his own forces at any cost, so he sent D-Navi back in time via a transwarp portal to the Decepticon Base in Yokohama, Japan in the year 2014 where Nemesis Prime had been detected.

Once in the past, D-Navi located Nemesis Prime as he was being brought to life by the human scientist Doctor Arkeville in his secret laboratory on Earth. D-Navi interrupted the good doctor to claim Nemesis Prime for herself, but she did not anticipate the Autobots also showing up to claim Nemesis Prime for their own. D-Navi succeeded in recruiting Nemesis Prime, however, and the two teamed up to fight Safety Prime, Yokohama Prime, Optimus Prime, and Bumblebee. 2. Ko (子) literally means "child" in Japanese. It's a common kanji used in Japanese female names. "Naviko" is probably a pun on Navigational Computer.
