Nook is an Autobot from the Transformers Animated continuity family.

Nook is a cute dexi-squirrel. He is a member of Rosanna's collection of exotic animals, along with Zaur, Steeljaw, Ramhorn and Night Watch. Nook's eye-color is yellow due to running along energy conductor rods.
