Devisiun is one of the thirteen Metrotitan colonies. It's populated by tiny Transformer twins who form a single vehicle mode from a pair of robots.

In the aftermath of the Combiner Wars, Starscream made a trip to Devisiun, where he persuaded the planet to join the growing Council of Worlds. Vanquish and Fireshot were sent to Cybertron as representatives. Windblade vol. 2 #6
Notes
- Devisiun's name is a play on "division". Clever!
- Most of the inhabitants of Devisiun seem to be based on Micromaster Combiners. Other natives include Generation 1 counterparts of Animated Jetfire and Jetstorm, and what might be Skids and Mudflap from the live action film series.
