Thunder Mayhem looks an awful lot like Thunderwing. It is the combined form of the Mayhem Attack Squad members:

Thunder Mayhem is the combined form of five of the 2016 Transformers Figure Subscription Service toys, combining from the members of the Mayhem Attack Squad into a large robot based on Thunderwing's Marvel Comics appearance. It will come with a redeco of Masterpiece Rodimus's Matrix of Leadership.
