Tetra Gar
Tetra Gar, also known as the Smuggler's Outpost is a world located on a the fringes of the Zo Nebula. It is just small enough, and isolated enough, to not warrant patrols from any world that might want to enforce their laws across the cosmos, making it the ideal spot for pirates, thieves, and other outlaws, to use as a safe haven.

Captain Cannonball frequented Tetra Gar whenever he and his crew were in the need of a "shore leave." On one such occasion, Captain Cannonball sought out someone willing to gamble on a few games of cards. He found an "ill-mannered gambling rube" and won off of him his "pet," the mysterious Hunter. There were accusations of cheating of course, and some violence that followed, but in the end Captain Cannonball left the planet with a new recruit for his band of buccaneers.
