Tic Toc is the guardian of space and time in the Gargent universes. He turns into a watch because of course he does.

Ask Vector Prime

Tic Toc met Vector Prime and the Time Warriors when they pursued the villainous Time Limit to his reality. He teamed up with his fellow space/time defenders to trick Time Limit into entering limbo. Ask Vector Prime

• Tic Toc was one of two transforming GoBots watches. His status as a super-powerful time guy follows on from the Kronoform watches being turned into time/space travellers.
