High Chamber
The High Chamber is Jhiaxus's room on the Throneworld from which he oversees Hub Network—in other words, it's the bit with the actual throne in it.

Jhiaxus was seated in the High Chamber when Rook reported in from Cresta Superior that someone using Allspark energy had beaten them there and eradicated the dominant species. Correctly surmising that their "ancestors" were responsible, Jhiaxus decided that a confrontation with them was now inevitable. Destiny, Part One After his visit to Cybertron to meet Rodimus Prime, Jhiaxus returned to the Throneworld to await the Autobot attack he anticipated and, having already taken steps to protect the rest of the Hub Network, ordered a counterattack so brtual that Prime was left with little choice but to surrender. The War to End All Wars, Part 3
After incarcerating most of the Autobot forces in The Corral, Jhiaxus brought Rodimus Prime to the High Chamber to offer him and those Autobots unmodified by alien technology the chance to join the Cybertronian Empire. Before Prime could give his reply, Jhiaxus received reports of the Wreckers striking in the Hub's "slam tube" system and angered, he ordered the executions of Joyride, Sky High, Crosshairs, and Brainstorm. When he threatened to execute four more Autobots, Rodimus admitted that the Wreckers were operating dark and that he was unable to recall them, but soon Jhiaxus was further distracted by the arrival of the Ark/Shockwave. After sending Rodimus Prime back to the Corral, Jhiaxus decided to take matters into his own hands and join the fray but was prevented from doing so by the Underbase-powered Starscream, who broke into the High Chamber and sucked the life force right out of his body as the former Senator begged Rook to help him. Rook, on the other hand, high-tailed it out of the High Chamber as fast as he could.
