"General McBregg is only identified by name in the radio transmission, but he's probably the Army officer on page 15 telling everyone to retreat." - Is that not the same guy that's saying "Fire the anti-aircraft missiles!" on the same page McBregg is mentioned on? --flicky1991 17:24, 30 September 2015 (EDT)

I think it is safe to say they are both General McBregg. It looks like he has a One Star General helmet on and he is barking orders. - Gimmick (talk) 18:53, 30 September 2015 (EDT)
