Brouhaha is a Decepticon Pretender from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Dressed like a lizard, built like a gorilla. (Brouhaha is the second one from the right.)

Brouhaha is the impulsive muscle of Fenris's Pretender team.

Brouhaha and his teammates were part of a Destron commando team sent to the planet Beast to find the Ultra Matrix, using Pretender technology redeveloped by Megazarak to operate on the surface. Though they were able to steal it, the Cybertrons, led by Marduk, defeated them and reclaimed it. Ask Vector Prime
