Cy-Kill used Snoop as an example of how Renegades are better designed than Transformers and make less noise transforming. He said she's so quiet, she could transform while standing right behind an enemy and go undetected. Cy-Kill thought her experience with undercover work might make her an excellent mentor for his newest recruit, Pow Wow. Renegade Rhetoric
