Buggyman is a Renegade who transforms into a dune buggy. Cy-Kill considers him a competent officer, one with good judgement and an appropriate level of initiative.

Cy-Kill often put Buggyman in command of a Thruster. Cy-Kill also thought BuggyMan would be able to utilize Clutch's obsessive personality to good effect.
