After the Renegades finished extracting Doctor Anya Turgenova's knowledge of the Space Hawk project, Cy-Kill decided to use the kidnapped doctor as a lure for the Guardians. To that end, he allowed Spy-Eye to catch a glimpse of Doctor Turgenova as she was being transferred to the Renegades' temporary base on the dark side of the Moon. Spy-Eye thus brought the information back to Leader-1, possibly unaware that it was a trap. Ask Vector Prime
