When Hot Spot attacked the Cobra convoy that would bring the Cybertronian technology acquired from a deal with Megatron from Milleville to a safer place, Cobra Commander ordered the Detonators to attack him. The convoy... erhm... didn't include Detonators. The HISS tanks responded to the order though, so Cobra Commander didn't lose face entirely. All or Nothing!
A hijacked Detonator was also used by several Joes to attack Megatron during his first attack against GI Joe and the Autobots after Cobra had rebuilt him, but its missiles had little effect against his upgraded armor.
Notes
- Since the Marvel Generation 2 comics contain more than a few artistic mistakes, it's likely there were meant to be Detonators with the convoy. They just weren't drawn into the comic pages.
