Shakar is a Decepticon from the Wings Universe portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Assigned as a partner to Nightracer, Shakar is the only Decepticon with whom Nightracer shows any sort of inclination towards social interaction. Probably because he was assigned to her by Megatron himself, but hey, it's a start.

Shakar is a redeco of Groundbuster. He came packaged with his partner, inside the box of the TFSS 3.0's final figure, Krok. He and Nightracer were the "freebie" figure(s) included with the final shipment.

Notes

• His name is an anagram of Raksha, Nightracer's creator, who also wrote the pack-in bio card for Nightracer. Whether or not she also created the character of Shakar is unknown.
