When Cy-Kill and Leader-1 assembled a coalition expedition team to infiltrate the Cybertronians' universe, the GoBots were modified to blend in with the local 'bots. Herr Fiend contributed to the modification designs, such as the inclusion of FTL drives and Astro-Beam tech. He also intended to mask the Gobotronians with false Cybertronian energy signatures, but everyone from Silverbolt to Crystal Widow seemed able to see past his modifications. Withered Hope

- Herr Fiend was known as Dr. Go in the Challenge of the GoBots cartoon series. This anomaly could suggest that the GoBots from Withered Hope and related stories are NOT from the exact universal stream (or "level") as that cartoon series.
- When asked if the Axiom Nexus Herr Fiend is an "offworlder", Vector Prime implies he's not as the Academy was
racistselective.
