G.I. Joe, and the Earth at large, found themselves caught up in a war against the planet Cybertron. Leatherneck was among the many operatives sent to the metallic planet to take the offensive against their opponents. After an attack against the Decepticon city of Trypticon ended with the Joes on the run, they regrouped at Green Zone 0-8-6, their temporary camp behind enemy lines. There, Leatherneck helped secure Wheeljack after the Autobot was ensnared in one of the camp's perimeter traps. Targetmasters
