Rossy Aguirre (April 2, 1968 - ) is a Mexican voice actress. In addition to serving as the dub voice of Shirley Temple, she has also voiced such characters as Sailor Mercury in the Sailor Moon franchise, Akane in the Ranma 1/2 franchise, Phil in the Rugrats franchise, Azalyn in Irresponsible Captain Tylor, and several characters in the Pokemon franchise.
