The name or term "Beastbox" refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Beastbox (disambiguation).
Beastbox is an Autobot Mini-Con from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.
Hey, he's two Recordicons in one!

A Mini-Con mercenary for hire, Beastbox thinks of himself as the king of the jungle, but nevertheless will work for for anyone willing to pay him in Energon bananas. Way to play into the stereotype, Beastbox. His vast strength and concussion cannons make him a match for even full-size Transformers.

KASETE NOT MUNKY... Oh, wait, he was a munky to start with.
  • Beastbox (Mini-Con, 2015)
    • Accessories: Armor sprue (left & right gauntlets, left & right breastplates, helmet, left & right wings, backpack)
Part of the second wave of Mini-Cons, Beastbox transforms from a robotic gorilla into a Cybertronian buzzsaw in a single step. He can attach to and launch from any Deployer figure, though he is meant more for fellow Autobot Drift. He comes with a number of clear plastic accessories attached to an Autobot-insignia-shaped sprue, which can be attached using tabs and slots. Some of these parts can combine with those of his wavemates Ratbat, Sandsting and Velocirazor to form an energy shark.
Scanning his Autobot insignia sticker into the Robots in Disguise mobile game gives the player a "Mini-Con Buzzsaw" power-up item to arm their characters with before a mission. Beastbox can only be scanned once per day.
The Mini-Con is later released by Takara Tomy, as part of the Micron Giveaway, for spending 3000 yen of Transformers Adventures products. Beastbox also features a different scan-badge, which is compatible to Takara's Transformers Chronicle mobile app.
