Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

Clyde was "liberated from a poacher" and recruited into G.I. Joe. Eventually, he was outfitted with some high-tech weaponry and placed in U.S.7, a team of non-human G.I. Joes. Their first mission was to escort G.I.Rockets to Cybertron. En route, they were accosted by Cobra's Oktober Guard, who boarded their ship. Just as a firefight broke out between both team, the battle was interrupted by Metroplex snatching U.S.7's rocket out of the sky and gobbling up both teams! Form Follows Function

Notes

• Clyde isn't normally affiliated with G.I. Joe; outside of Transformers fiction, he is most often seen as the pet of the Dreadnok Gnawgahyde. The line stating he was "liberated from a poacher" in his short bio from Form Follows Function is a reference to this.
