Hammer transforms from a small dragony-bird-like robot into a Cybertronian sphere in a single step. As Cyclone-style a Mini-Con, he can attach to and launch from Deployer Overload but can also be launched from Fracture, though he is not designed to. He comes with a number of clear plastic accessories attached to a Decepticon-insignia-shaped sprue, which can be attached using the corresponding tabs and slots on his body.
A recolor of Hammer is included with Decepticon Deployer Crazybolt.
