Swelter transforms from a small humanoid robot into a Cybertronian torpedo in a single step. As a torpedo-style Mini-Con, he can attach to and launch from Deployer Fracture. He comes with a number of clear plastic armor attached to a Decepticon-insignia-shaped sprue, which can be attached using tabs and slots.

While he shares engineering with fellow Decepticon Mini-con Divebomb, he shares no parts with him and is totally unique.

He was redecoed into Glacius.
