Colonel Breakoff has a thing for fingers... Specifically, breaking them one at a time. Whether he does this to obtain information from the Soviet Union's enemies, or simply for the sadistic pleasure of it is unknown. He is part of the horror-themed military team, the Oktober Guard.

Transformers vs. G.I. Joe

Wielding a laser-pistol and a short sword, Colonel Breakoff participated in his team's outer space attack on G.I. Joe's "non-human" unit U.S.7, taunting his opponents to "get their sweeties" as he blasted at them. The encounter ended when both groups were swallowed by the gigantic Autobot Fortress Maximus.
