Utmost
Native to the planet Cresta Superior, the Utmost are a race of humanoid aliens with reasonably advanced technology. Their symbol appears to be two intertwined yellow dragons.

[edit]The Decepticon leader Bludgeon chose Cresta Superior as the perfect location to demonstrate the destructive capabilities of his Blitz Engines to Soundwave. They watched as the Matrix energy-infused drones assaulted Mega-Capital Tykkam, Citadel Majestika, and slaughtered The Utmost, with Soundwave commenting that no-one would miss them.
