Auto Assembly 2010 is a gathering of Transformers taking place in the year 2010 that welcomes attendees of all allegiances, judging by the Generation 1 and Generation 2 Autobot and Decepticon, Maximal and Predacon symbols on its banner.

Swindle presided over the charity auction at Auto Assembly 2010, inviting his fellow Combaticons to bid on a boxed set of toys of Scott McNeil, Derrick J. Wyatt and Garry Chalk. Perhaps more controversially, attendees could also apparently "buy Nick's pants". The Transformers #9 cover
