Headlock is a Decepticon. He and the rest of his team can form Predaking.

Headlock and the Predacons were so cuddly and adorwable in beast mode, the Autobots could not bring themselves to fight back. The Predacons went from adorable to abominal when they formed Predaking, though, and the Autobots had a renewed fighting spirit...at least until the Predacons split into beasts again. Commercial appearances

Headlock was part of a massive battle between Kreons. After fighting for a bit as individuals, he and his teammates combined into Predaking. They then chased the Autobots off alongside Bruticus. KRE-O Transformers Micro Changers and Combiners Construction Sets commercial

Headlock comes as part of the Predaking Micro-Changer combiner set, and can be rebuilt from his robot mode into a bull. He can also contribute his bricks to form Predaking.

Notes

• Headlock is modeled after Generation 1 Tantrum, but with a new name, presumably due to trademark issues. Oddly enough, his new name is closer to Headstrong, and yet his rhino teammate got the more bull-related name "Torox". It's likely that the packaging accidentally got the names mixed up, and the name Torox was later correctly applied to Generation 1 Tantrum for his Platinum Edition toy. Torox is also the Italian name of the original Tantrum.
