Hideyuki Tanaka

Hideyuki Tanaka (田中秀幸, Tanaka Hideyuki born November 12, 1950) is a veteran Japanese voice actor who is a graduate of the Toho Gakuen School of Music and is represented by Aoni Production. Some of his most notable roles include Rayearth in Magic Knight Rayearth, Leo Aioria and the narrator in Saint Seiya, Fujitaka Kinomoto in Cardcaptor Sakura, Falco in Fist of the North Star, Captain Falcon in F-Zero: GP Legend, Terryman in Kinnikuman, Kiminobu Kogure in Slam Dunk, Roberto Hongo in Captain Tsubasa, Zoffy in Ultra Series, Donquixote Doflamingo in One Piece, Soichiro Otonashi in Maison Ikkoku and Otacon/Huey Emmerich in the Metal Gear Solid franchise.
