Iota Supreme is an Autobot from the Animated continuity family.

Iota Supreme, codename designated Iron Hope, was the tenth of the Omega Sentinel weapons developed under Project Omega, and was bonded to Wedge Major.

Iota Supreme was short-lived. For his very first mission, he spearheaded the assault at the Battle for Omnitron, taking heavy damage in the process. He was then destroyed by Lugnut whilst being repaired. The AllSpark Almanac II
