Kōji Totani (戸谷公次, Totani Kōji born July 12, 1948-February 6, 2006) was a Japanese veteran voice actor who worked at Aoni Production. He was likely remembered for the roles of Alpha A. Bate from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083, Tim Marcoh from Fullmetal Alchemist, Jagi from Fist of the North Star, Cui from Dragon Ball Z, Timebook from Superbook, Capricorn Shura from Saint Seiya & various characters from the Kinnikuman series.

In the realm of dubbing, he had dubbed Razorback in Spiral Zone, Dorian Tyrell (Peter Greene) in The Mask, Reggie Moore in ER, Shorty (Irwin Keyes) in On-the-Air and Helen Hunt in Team America: World Police.

Totani died from acute heart failure at the age of 57.
