Hornet, along with Klaws and Bugsie, was active early on during the conflict between the Renegades and the Guardians. They abandoned the cause shortly after Cy-Kill took command to search for the Master Renegade, rejoining the Renegades much later after he resurfaced and proved to be less than impressive.
Hornet was part of a team of four who engaged with a Guardian diversionary attack. He was shot down by Bent Wing.
Later, he was one of several Renegades to infiltrate SciFi Con in New York City in costume. He went as Slave Leia. Renegade Rhetoric
