Transformers/G.I. Joe

Grunt was one of the initial members of G.I. Joe when the team was formed in 1939. Before being deployed, Grunt voiced his worries about the Joes' first mission. Mainly, going in with no intel, back-up, transport, artillery or armor. Nonetheless, he accompanied the troops to the Fera Islands, encountering Decepticons along the way. The Line Grunt got a second chance to bellyache on the mission, when his group saw a trio of Decepticon Seekers flying in. Thankfully, the Decepticons didn't see them. Trial by Fire

When they tried to call in the fleet, Flint discovered that their group had become infiltrated by Zartan, who was impersonating Breaker. Grunt, Beach Head, Lady Jaye and Lifeline were ordered to take a nearby airfield while Flint dealt with the impostor. Flint was taken by Soundwave, but Grunt and the others pushed forward with their assignment. Wolves
