Part of the second wave of Mini-Con Battle 2-packs, Major Mayhem transforms from a mechanical sphereoid into a green robot. As a Cyclone Mini-Con, he is designed to be launched from the Deployer Crazybolt and Overload toys. He has multiple indents that look like Mini-Con armor attachment points, but he does not actually come with any armor. He shares engineering with, but is not a retool of Undertone.

He was only available in a two-pack with the basic-sized "Decepticon Hunter" Bumblebee.
