Vampire is a member of the Predacon Secret Police. Employed as a mnemosurgeon, he comes in useful when it's necessary to erase memories that might... inconvenience law enforcement agencies, such as the Maximal Command Security Force. He transforms into a motorcycle and is really creepy.

Beast Wars: Uprising

When Stiletto killed her partner Betabear during a riot to prevent him from killing Sea Panic in a berserker-rage, she was sent to the Mandala in order to cover up the incident. There, Vampire "fixed" Stiletto's "memory glitches," making her believe she killed Sea Panic instead. Unsurprisingly, this really messed her up. Burning Bridges
