Polar Claw is a Decepticon from the Robots in Disguise portion of the Aligned continuity family.

"Oh my god, I'm going to be killed by a bear! Well, I guess I don't have to worry anymore about the dangers of smoking."

Don't mess with Polar Claw, or he'll throw things at you. This Decepticon polar bear has a snowmobile mode, which is essentially a redesigned version of Steeljaw's altmode, but with a heavily altered body and has six treaded wheels.

Polar Claw was one of the many prisoners aboard the Alchemor. When the ship crash-landed on Earth, Polar Claw made his way up to the Arctic Circle, and holed up in a mountain cave near a research base. Eventually, Bumblebee's team picked up his signal, and dispatched an away team of Autobots - Optimus Prime, Drift, Windblade, Slipstream, and Jetstorm to bring him in. Polar Claw managed to get the drop on the team, and pelted them with chunks of ice from above. Overloaded, Part 1
