A mercenary by trade, Kwinn often deals with some of the most despicable people imaginable. Fittingly enough then, that villains such as Cobra Commander would seek him out for his services. Despite his lack of moral compass, the Eskimo tracker still abides by a very strict code of honor, where he always keeps his side of any bargain he makes.
