Valparaiso, Indiana, is a city located along Highway 30, west of Warsaw, Indiana, in the United States of America on Earth. It's not mentioned whether there's a giant ceramic cow outside of a steakhouse.

Hot Rod and Wheeljack were driving through Valparaiso when they got word that Ironhide was about to be crushed in a trash compactor in Warsaw. The subsequently hurried west along Highway 30. Devastation issue 1
