- Accessories: Chestguard/mask, left & right shoulder armor, left & right gauntlet-blades, left & right leg-guards

- The first version of Undertone released, dubbed "Scorch Strike Undertone", comes in "desert"-themed ocher colors. He transforms from a small humanoid robot into a spheroid in a single step. As a Cyclone-style Mini-Con, he can attach to and launch from the Deployers Crazybolt and Overload... who are both Decepticons. Huh. He comes with an Autobot-sigil-shaped sprue with a number of clear plastic armor pieces that can be attached to him in both robot and sphere modes. He shares engineering with, but is not a retool of Major Mayhem. He has articulation in the arms.
- This four-pack also comes with Blizzard Strike Backtrack, Scorch Strike Beastbox, and Blizzard Strike Swelter.
- Curiously, there exist two sets of promotional stock photos for the Mini-Con 4-Pack: The first set features Undertone in different colors, with white being the predominant color, whereas the second set depicts the final colors. No explanation for the color change has been given. All three photos simply replace Undertone himself while keeping the other three figures unchanged. For the robot and alternate mode photos, this wasn't particularly difficult, as the figures are depicted against a white backdrop. For the packaging photo, the old version of Undertone was actually edited out and replaced by the new version, rather than taking a new photo of the figures in packaging entirely.
- The package art depicts Undertone in yet another color scheme (which is similar to, but not identical with the unused color scheme from the stock photo, with the main difference being the presence of blue parts), a color scheme that also appears in additional stock photos for the four-pack (which depict this color scheme alongside the final color scheme for Scorch Strike Undertone). Since those stock photos also feature several other Mini-Con figures that haven't been officially announced yet, coupled with the appearance of this color scheme in the Robots in Disguise mobile game alongside the final color scheme for Scorch Strike Undertone, it's currently assumed to be a "standard" release of Undertone that has yet to be officially announced by Hasbro.

Notes
- Numerous online retailers refer to the figure from the Mini-Con 4-Pack not as "Undertone" but as "Cyclostorm", suggesting it was originally intended to be a separate character from the yet-to-be-announced "standard" release of Undertone altogether.
