This character has no official visual representation in any Transformers product or media... yet, at least.
Zeemon is one of the High Protectors of Gobotron, a just ruler as with his colleague Leader-1 and unlike Cy-Kill. He doesn't have an alt-mode.

While doing his "Renegade Rhetoric" column in Axiom Nexus, Cy-Kill repeatedly expressed disdain for Zeemon. When universal decay began again in the Gobots' universe, Zeemon addressed the Gobotronians along with Leader-1 and Cy-Kill. He asked his people to remain calm and trust in their exploration teams to find a solution to the cataclysm.Sunrise
