Miliarian

The Miliarians are a sentient species that live on Miliarium. They are blue humanoids with spiky blue hairs, pointy ears and facial horns, and they appears to wear mostly brown clothes. They are sufficiently technologically advanced to possess nuclear power plants and build architecturally complex cities.
